To trained the youth into the skilled workers and to help for their employment & self-employment to open his venture.The Primary goal of HIMS (Pvt) Industrial Training Institute To Provide the students quality of education a sense of history, an understanding of values and ethics, an appreciation of human creative and an analytical inquiring mind.

To develop highly skilled human resource, with an ability to adapt an intellectually and technologically changing environment, through the participative efforts of management, staff, students and parents.

Diploma Holders are the personal who are the key vertebra for industrial growth from the grass root level. They are the personal required to cater to the needs of large industrial sectors, where there is a dire necessity to fill up middle/lower management cadre to control a large number of employees and to maintain the equipment.Diploma holders can become self employed and start their own business as technical professionals as they have practical skills.
